Program Analyst
Integrated Program Solutions, Inc. is seeking to hire a full time Integrated Master Scheduler at Patuxent River, MD. Selected candidate will possess strong attention to detail, professional communication skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform critical program management, technical, or business analysis of major DoD acquisition systems and provide recommendations to ensure program success. Provide program analysis and integration support for all aspects of their respective Program and/or Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Collect, analyze, organize, and interpret schedule data relating to aircraft acquisition and product-based programs. Candidates must be able to plan, develop, sustain, and conduct analysis on Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP).
- Assist with developing and managing schedules that comply with a program’s Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and Contract Statement of Work (CSOW) and communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively.
- Work with DoD clients to establish and monitor the program’s execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Support the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines. Candidates will provide subject matter expertise and reporting in scheduling, critical path analysis, and program coordination.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- These positions are Hybrid Positions, based out of Patuxent River, MD. Employees are working remotely and on-site, dependent on client demands. Employees must possess the ability to go on-site if necessary to meet client or programmatic requirements.
Qualifications:
| Senior | Master’s degree | Over 6 years’ experience in MS Project & OnePager |
| Journeyman | Bachelors’ degree | 3 to 6 years’ experience in MS Project & OnePager |
| Junior | Bachelor’s degree | 1-3 years’ experience in MS Project & OnePager |
- Demonstrated Experience with MS Project & OnePager
Due to the requirements of this contract, U.S. Citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance is required. Active Security Clearance is preferred.
